Mork (now Mark)

Tracy and Todd fostered Mork from the time he tested positive for Feline Leukaemia. After a couple of months and a retest which came back clear, they soon realised that they would never be able to give him up for adoption so they officially adopted beautiful, loving and lively boy... he is now known as "Mark".

Mork's story:
Mork was found along with his sister Mindy on the streets of Bangkok. One of our staff saw them while doing a “Catch and Release” project and brought them in. Mork was incredibly friendly and playful. He was also very loving towards his sister who was a little shy. Mork had the personality that would make him a great candidate for our adoption program, so he was quickly accepted along with his shy but sweet sister. Unfortunately having been at SCAD for a while, Mork tested positive for feline leukaemia (though he did not appear to ill - in fact he was as lively as ever and most upset at being isolated). Fortunately, Tracy and her partner Todd, both SCAD supporters were on hand to give Mork a break and they took him in for foster care. Well, who could not fall in love with this mischievous guy?? Tracy and Todd anxiously awaited the results of a second test taken a couple of months later - and, luckily, Mork tested clear. They were so thrilled that they couldn't possibly bring him back into the adoption program and decided to adopt him. He is now renamed as Mark to 'mark' his first birthday.
