July 2011
Beautiful young black dog Shade has found her forever home at the other side of the world; she's come a long way from being dumped at the gates of the SCAD dog center last year! Shade was in Canada just a few weeks before she found a premanent forever home with an adoptive couple and their 2 cats, who Shade gets on very well with! She has settled in nicely and the couple are very happy with Shade being added to their family! Many thanks to Toronto Humane Society for finding Shade such a great new home! Woof! Shade's Story:
Black puppy Shade was found dumped with her two sisters outside the new SCAD dog center one evening. She was tired, hungry and showing the early signs of skin condition mange, but was otherwise in good health and so was taken into the SCAD adoption program. Due to SCAD's closure, Shade found a new temporary home with Toronto Humane Society - http://www.torontohumanesociety.com/ before she was fully adopted!
