SCAD is the ‘operations’ arm of  the “Homeless and Sick Dogs’ Funding Association (HSDFA)”, a not-for-profit organisation registered in Thailand, under Registration No. 4517/2006.  It is through SCAD that all programme activities on behalf of the street dogs and cats are carried out.
