| Khun Yai (adoption pending) |
|
Updated: 27 January 2012 Adopted: Unknown - senior adult cat Gender: Female Species: Cat Breed: Mixed Weight: About 3 kg Background: Khun Yai, meaning 'Grandmother' in Thai, came to SCAD during the recent flood crisis; she was one of the remaining animals left behind at the Maen Sii shelter by owners who no longer wanted her, and so SCAD took her into our care. One of Khun Yai's eyes had to be surgically removed due to a severe infection which was causing her a lot of pain. Her remaining eye also has very little sight left in it. Despite her lack of good vision, Khun Yai manages to get around very well and her sense of smell compensates for her eyes. All black cat Khun Yai is a lovely old lady cat who is extremely gentle and needs a good retirement home, where she can enjoy her last years in a peaceful environment where she gets lots of attention! She loves cuddles, fishy foods and head rubs!
Features: Khun Yai is an endearing one eyed, all black cat with a long straight tail.
Character: Khun Yai is a very friendly lady who loves cuddles and affection. She's a very gentle and loving cat who deserves a great home! Location: SCAD Cat Center, Sukhumvit 93 Health: Good Neutered: Yes Vaccinated: Yes Ready to Depart: Now |
